iManager U2000 - Error ad...

iManager U2000 - Error adding Access NE

When I try to add Access NE appears the error message:

Create Device Manually operation failed.
Failure cause: Device timeout.

When I change the In Service status to Pre-deployed Access NE MA5603T is added.

What to do?

The SNMP settings are correct. Because when I modify Service status to Pre -deployed Access NE MA5603T is added ?
