can the Ethernet port on the iMANAGER N2510  OTAU be used for internet access by connecting a laptop

Connect the PC to the ETH port of iManager N2510 OTAU, the PC cannot access the Internet. The ETH port of OTAU is mainly used to send and receive Ethernet services.
