Image Blur on TVs During Terminal Startup

A large-sized TV is used in a conference. During terminal startup, the images on the TV are very blurry for 2 to 10 seconds. The problem is not reproduced when the terminal is started immediately. However, when the device is cooled down and restarted, the problem occurs again.

The TV is damp, which causes image blur. The focusing voltage of the TV is influenced by dampness. To solve the problem, repair or replace the TV.
