hello everyone,

i had a issue with my Iknow app, i don't know if it is general.

in fact, when i want to make a post, i select the type of the post: "Ask for help" or "Sharing", after writing the content, when i want to submit, the app tell me continously to select the topic's type. i don't know why?  now i am not able to make a post with the app.

Hi,

You should follow these steps:

1. Select the cartegory (like switches, routers, eNSP, security etc)
2. Select New Post
3. Select "Ask for help" or "Sharing"
4. Create sub-category: In ask for help topic, category is ask for help and in sharing, chose sub-category from tools & Doc, tech exchange, feedback and suggestions

5. Add topic title
6. Create content
7. Submit

This should resolve the issue.

You should select the subcategory when you post a sharing post.
