Solution

In UC2.2 centralized network, IP phone cannot register with simultaneous mode, this is because when the main PBX and backup PBX in connection, the backup PBX is in deactive status and cannot handle any register messages, IP phone simultaneous register mode was designed for UC2.0 network.
