Hello, everyone!
Today, I would like to share an introduction on the IEEE 802.11aa amendment.

Legacy Audio/video streaming services cannot be delivered reliably and efficiently using IEEE 802.11 standards. As a result, the IEEE 802.11aa amendment was created to contain new features and processes to increase real-time multi-media content delivery performance.
IEEE 802.11aa specifically addresses the following five flaws in prior 802.11 standards:
The lack of dependable and effective multicast and group communications support;
The inability to apply traffic prioritization to several multimedia streams or different sorts of frames within a single stream;
The lack of means for neighboring APs to share resources cooperatively;
The lack of tools for smooth audio/video streaming quality reduction;
The lack of compatibility with established IEEE 802.1 audio video bridging standards (AVB).
