IdeaShare screencast connection failed

Hi, dear!

This is a solution for the IdeaShare screencast connection failed.

Problem Description

After the IdeaShare client is installed on the PC and the projection code is input, the IDEahub connection fails 

Possible Causes

• Network issue 

• Web page wireless projection type is WeLink projection 

• Projection code input error 

• Wrong choice of projection code strategy 

• IdeaShare version does not match.
  

Solution

1. Check if the PC can ping Ideahub's IP.

2. Check Whether the input projection code is correct.

3. Log in to the web page and check whether the wireless projection type is IdeaShare projection.

   The projection code type is incorrectly selected.

4. Upgrade Ideahub and IdeaShare to the latest version.
