IdeaHub Pro plugged into OPS can not recognize the camera

This topic describes how to deal with the problem that IdeaHub Pro plugged into OPS can not recognize the camera.

Problem Description

IdeaHub Pro plugged into OPS can not recognize the camera.

Problem analysis

Ops shares the same camera with Android, and it is considered that ops has not obtained camera permissions.

Solution

1. Login the  Ideahub web.

2. Choose system configuration> safe > Telnet > open.

3. Press win+R run as Administrator.

4. Input telnet IdeaHub's ip, username and password.

5. Check camera View permissions, run the following command.

   bsp usb get

• 0 means OPS

• 1 means Android 

Set camera permission to ops: mnt usbDeviceMode set 4mnt usbDeviceModeset 4 

Restart the IdeaHub.
