The following is the Highlights of IdeaHub.

But what I personally like is the whiteboard feature and support for Windows.

The built-in whiteboard of the IdeaHub allows for collaboration between the local and far ends. Users can take away the meeting minutes by scanning QR codes with WeChat and the HUAWEI CLOUD Meeting client.

About license:

The endpoint supports the following license control items:

• Disabling the Wi-Fi function

• Disabling the media encryption function

• Supporting Portuguese

• Trial functions (Supported only by IdeaHub Pro)

Before a commercial license is imported, the endpoint can start up properly and support basic capabilities such as parameter setting, license loading, calling, and software upgrade. Request and load a license file for the IdeaHub based on the functions required by the user.

Steps:

1. Apply for a license from the Huawei Electronic Software Delivery Platform (ESDP) using the contract number and equipment serial number (ESN).

   For the detailed license application procedure, visit the Huawei enterprise technical support website, enter IdeaHub in the search box, and select the product name displayed to access the product page. On the Documentation tab, view or download the License Application Guide.

2. Log in to the web interface and choose Maintenance > License Management > Endpoint License.
   

3. Load the license file.

   After the import is successful, the IdeaHub automatically restarts.

4. Click Home and view the license information of the IdeaHub under System Information.
