Hello, friend.

SUN2000-3KTL-L1 Alarm ID 2040

Reason

The DC component of the output current is too large. The DC component of the power grid current exceeds the allowed range.

Solution

1. The SUN2000 monitors external operating conditions in real-time. After the fault is rectified, the SUN2000 recovers. No manual intervention is required.

2. If this occurs frequently, seek help from the PV center.

You can send an email to the following email describing your problem and attach your SN number.

Hello friend hope it can help:

The reason why this alarm may appear is that the 60KTL-M0 inverter has an old firmware version (mostly SPC105) and must be upgraded to the latest one.

If you often encounter this kind of alarm and the DC side was checked before an nothing wrong was found there, just send us an email (eu_inverter_support@huawei.com ) or give us a call on our hotline numbers.

@Patri79 you can try to change the grid code from inverter to Global IEC61627.

Also you can check this post, maybe it helps:https://forum.huawei.com/enterprise/en/alarm-2040-id-1-output-dc-component-over-high-on-sun2000l-belgium-case/thread/520281-100027
