iClient Abnormal behavior During Playback

(problem unresolved)
Issue is that when we try to play a video for multiple panes..let say on 8X speed, after sometime, time freezes and video freezes.
When we try to move the bar or changing the speed nothing happened..some bar change while other stuck.
Product is CloudIVS3000.
Please advise to solve this strange behavior form the iClient, thank you.
