Hi,

We connected the controlbox with RTN380AX and the IBT antenna.
Like in the installation guide and movie, it must be shown up as CTA (see attached picture) but nothing happens (on both sides.)
On the box only red light is on.
Is there anybody with A solution for this?

Many thanks in advance

Hello, friend.

The OptiX RTN 380AX V100R020C10 supports the anti-shake function.

If an NE uses an Intelligent Beam Tracing (IBT) antenna, you need to enable the anti-shake function on the NMS.

Prerequisites

NMS user with "NE operator" rights or higher.

Antennas have been aligned.

Background Information

By default, the anti-shake function is disabled on an NE.

Operation Procedure

Enable the anti-shake function.

2. If the system indicator is steady red, check whether the OptiX RTN 380AX is faulty.

Hello friend!

If the STAT indicator is steady red, check whether the outdoor GE network cable between the P&E port on the RTN 380AX and the Ethernet port on the power over Ethernet device is normal and whether the RTN 380AX is faulty.

If the STAT indicator blinks red at an interval of about 1s, check whether the link is disconnected. If the system indicator is steady red, check whether the microwave link and outdoor network cables are normal and whether the RTN 380AX is faulty.

Hi friend,
Thanx for answering. The RTN380ax is not connected with POE cable, But with DC power cable. From the RTN with USB cable to the control box and 2 USB cables from controlbox to IBM-antenna.
Is this software related? And witch release version support that anti-shake function?
