HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)

Hi All,

- I generated a CSR file on iBMC and sent it to customer.

- Customer signed the CSR file and sent me new certificate file (certnew.crt)

- I'm trying to import new certificate file on iBMC, but it fails and give error message "The certificate to be imported does not match the CSR file generated". Please check the screen capture below.

- We did same process on more than 100 servers without a problem. Only this server has problem.

- I tried to generate CSR file again and shared with customer. Customer signed new CSR again... but still same problem.

Could you please support me on this?

Hi, fatihozel2.

This is strange, not exactly why because other servers are fine.

Please check whether the OS and the type of servers are the same?

If yes, you are suggested that check whether you have imported CSR files before.

hi all,

This problem is solved after restarting the iBMC.

The customer's CA-signed SSL certificate immediately/automatically took affect after iBMC restart.
