IAD132E(T) access from WEB

Hello! I want to ask for help in resolving the issue of access to IAD132E(T) through the WEB-interface. The IAD is connected to the network via a router whith port forwarding from TCP 1080 to TCP 80. I enter the IP address in the IE6.0 browser as http: //10.162.190.2:1080. The authorization form is successfully opened, but after entering the login, the IAD responds with "The IP address is invalid". At the same time, telnet access is normal (open 10.162.190.2 1023), access from the same network (192.168.100.1) is also normal.
Tested on firmware from V300R002C01SPC900 to V300R002C01SPCm00. Only when installing the firmware V300R002C01SPC200, I can get normal access to the WEB-interface.
