Dear Hike,
We have VCN 3020 device that used for main control of the other VCNs (VMU mode). I try these following steps (at hedex link) but i couldnt do it. Is there any way except that link to do that.

And also I try on local record devices (VCN 3000 or VCN 540) but i couldnt do it again.

I check settings on Recording Policy page, all sets is ok but it doesnt apply.
