I have reviewed the screenshots you provided. You can use the following methods to solve the problem:
Allow the browser to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings.
If it is already listed as a program that is allowed to access the network, try removing it from the list and adding it again.
If you use a proxy server check the proxy settings or contact your network administrator to ensure that the proxy server is functioning properly. If you think you should not use a proxy server: Go to Applications > System Preferences > Network > Advanced > Proxy and deselect any proxy you have selected.
