I want to change my Pldthome wifi Password

Hi!
Please I need your support, i want to change my PLDTHOME WIFI PASSWORD, but i cannot reach the Modem portal 192.168.1.1 unlike before.
it was easy to open before and i can monitor the usages of my internet and connected devices.
after 1 week of not been monitized i tried to check it again but i cant access the page now.
please help me to fixed it. i dont have Pc or laptop with me online mobile Device.

I have reviewed the screenshots you provided. You can use the following methods to solve the problem:

  1. Allow the browser to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings.
    If it is already listed as a program that is allowed to access the network, try removing it from the list and adding it again.

  2. If you use a proxy server check the proxy settings or contact your network administrator to ensure that the proxy server is functioning properly. If you think you should not use a proxy server: Go to Applications > System Preferences > Network > Advanced > Proxy and deselect any proxy you have selected.
