The HG520s is a carrier product. The forum is oriented to enterprise products. 


The version of the ONT firmware to be downloaded must match the model. If an incorrect version is used, the ONT does not take effect. 


To download the firmware or software, contact the carrier or sales channel to obtain the correct ONT firmware.
