you mean you can't access the web GUI or you want to download the firmware(V200R003C01SCP900)?

Firmware version AR1200 V200R001C01SPC500, does not accept the HTTP server enable command. According to comments on this site, I have to update it to a higher version, but because the version it has loaded is very old, I have to make several successive updates. The problem is that I do not get the old versions that follow the one I own in order to get to the latest version (which are the ones that appear on Huawei's maintenance sites). I look forward to any help, thank you.

This post is really good I have the same issue when I tried to upgrade the firmware of my router AR 1220 then my system shows an error iTunes sync error 54, so I really want a solution how to remove this error as soon as possible also I want a solution how can I upgrade it.

I checked the upgrade guide, as you said it request the version v2r3c01 which I didn't find on the software download page. I will check it.
if you want to upgrade now, please contact with the local TAC or Huawei engineers.
