Huawei has provided the eService tool which can help you analyze the issue. But you'll need to collect the performance log first, then export to the web page.

You can Do Device analysis by Using Smart Kit tool :

use the performance history monitoring tool from the SmartKit to collect performance logs then try log analyzer tool to analyze this logs if you can do it by yourself
