I have ftth hg8245q , and I'm facing a problem.

Hello ,

I have ftth hg8245q , and I'm facing a problem.

2.4g wifi disappear after 1-2 hour from turning on. I need to restart the device to start 2.4g wifi again .

I called the company and they replace the device with a new one , but the problem is the same.

I think there something I should do in the setting . please help me fix this problem.

Note: that 5g wifi is working fine , but sadly I can't connect to it with my computer.

HYG attached file with Extension chm ( Plz try to open it ) and review the configuration belongs your device

and maybe if the Wifi is disconnecting after 1-2 hrs , Plz check the heat of the device and try to rest it HW during its working

Make sure that you already have been put the default settings and ensure that you have stability in incoming signal and protected from your side
