I have an issue regarding the VCN500 upgrade.
We have the VCN500 with version V100R002C00SPC001 and try to upgrade the VCN500 to the latest version V100R002C50SPC200. we download the package and start the upgrade according to the upgrade manual, But we face the problem that the size of the downloaded file is more than 500MB.
I am advised to try version less than the latest one and more than the current version, so I
download these versions but the same problem the size of the package is large
The version I tried :
V100R002C20SPC200
V100R002C50SPC100
How to overcome this issue?
