I get error code 109100010 when tryied logging to IVS client

Hi,All

I get error code 109100010 when tryied logging to IVS client.


What should I do to deal with this problem?

Error code

109100010

Error name

Failed to operate the database.

Error description

Failed to perform various database operations.

Possible causes 

The content in the database does not exist and the pointer of the database result set is null.

Troubleshooting procedure

Check whether the network is normal and whether the parameters are normal. If the error persists, contact Huawei engineers.

There's another possibility.

The VCN server was still booting up after restarting. After the VCN is successfully boot up and all services run completely, the problem will be solved.
