I don't receive software updates

I receive monthly security updates but I didn't receive any major software update upto now. I've been trying to get harmony OS and even Emui 11.0 or 12.0. My device is completely capable of handling these updates but I didn't receive any update. My device has been mentioned as a compatible device for all of the above software updates but I didn't receive any.
