Its a S5720 , I did the first access trough the web interface, the switch asked me a lot of things I barely remember, I remember that at some moment I had to use the default login and password, and at another moment I guess I created an account because there was a Level 15 thing, and I remember seeing that somewhere. The thing is, the notebook shut down while I was looking at the switchs' properties and I lost the passwords and logins i had written in the notepad in the notebook, it wasnt saved. I started looking around in the Internet for ways to reset the configurations of the switch back to the factory default, and then I see a lot of people saying that its impossible. That seems so unreal that I came here in order to find out the true. Cant I hard reset this switch trough a physical button or something like that, like in any other equipment?
If not, what can I do now? The manual didnt say anything about that, no warning about not being able to do anything else if you dont have that password... Id never imagine that when I decided to take a look on its web interface (my network analyser is the guy who was going to configurate it, I just wanted to take a look at its functions then I accessed it via web) there would be no way back then.
Id apreciate some help now, thanks.
