TLDR - Additional NAT on ISP side: Search for «Carrier-grade NAT» (CGNAT) or «NAT444» The problem is only one if you need mandatory external access to one of your LAN devices. In this case, you need to contact your provider who has implemented carrier-grade NAT. Prepare a sufficiently good justification and report to the supporter that you have been switched to CGNAT and would therefore suffer from restrictions when using the service. Ask the support to take you out of it again.
