i cannot login in vRM portal

I install CNA and VRM in ubuntu using VM Manager like in the tutorial

when i try access VRM ip address, i can see web portal, but i entered a admin as username and IaaS@PORTAL-CLOUD8! but still have not success with not clear red warning, how could I do?
i have check the log in /var/log/geniesometing/ huawei/ portal/ log, but i got like access verification error

Maybe you need to reset the admin password.

Hi friend hope below can help u:

if your network is fine, this issue need check VRM log, There are many reasons for this error.
suggest create a tcikect to huawei TAC.
there are share some reasons.
1. Gauss DB database abnormal, VM table can't use.
2. java VM is abnormal, need restart VRM server.
3. VRM or portal process abnormal, please use putty login active VRM node, check vrm and portal status,
service restart vrm/portal.
if not running , please start vrm or portal.
service start vrm/portal.

i've done the fresh installation
i build common model, my vrm could ping to CNA
i only using 1 cna and 1 vrm on the ubuntu host
