I Cannot Access eSight Through the Browser When the Windows Server 2003 Operating System Is Used. How Can I Solve the Problem?

To ensure user security, the advanced encryption mode SHA256 is used in a security certificate by default during eSight installation. However, the Windows Server 2003 operating systems of earlier versions do not support SHA256. As a result, you cannot access eSight through the browser.

It is recommended that you access eSight using the Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 operating system. If the Windows Server 2003 operating system is used, perform either of the following operations:

(Recommended) Upgrade the client operating system to the latest version.
