i can't upgrade to customer account

Hi,

I want to download firmware & upgrade tool for huawei eA360-135 eLTE
After i have inserted S/N of my product. My inquiry is rejected.
I am only need firmware. No more

Hi aloisio,

Firstly you need to register your product. Then you need to create an account and enhance the privileges.
One Huawei employee will approve your application only if the values are real. (ESN, contract no, email and so on)
