I Can't Enter the Web Interface of Huawei Router HG8245H5

Dear belta!

Default settings:

Administrator (installation and maintenance personnel):

User name: telecomadmin

Password: admintelecom

NOTE:

After logging in to the web page, if you do not perform any operations within five minutes, you will be locked out and return back to the login interface. Then, You can unlock the account by entering the login user name and password.

Three times within five minutes the user name and password input error, the system is locked and unlocked automatically after one minute.

Modify the password through the BMS.

Certain carriers may customize accounts and passwords, which are different from the default accounts and passwords listed in the preceding. For details, contact the corresponding carrier.

NOTE:

Please change the initial password to ensure administrator account security.

Do not provide terminal users with the password of the administrator account. The administrator account is used by the carrier for O&M. If a terminal user uses the administrator account, service parameters may be incorrectly modified and services may be affected.

Common user (terminal user):

User name: root

Password: adminHW

NOTE:

The common user account can be used to query the service status. For ONTs that support Wi-Fi and the USB storage function, the common user account can be used to configure services such as Wi-Fi and home-sharing.

If you still cannot connect to the device, perform a ping test. If the ping test fails, contact your carrier or device vendor to check whether they have local login restrictions.

Find Your Huawei HG8245 Router IP Address

Login to the Huawei HG8245 Router
The Huawei HG8245 has a web interface for configuration. You can use any web browser you like to login to the Huawei HG8245. In this example we'll use Internet Explorer.

Enter Huawei HG8245 Internal IP Address
Put the Internal IP Address of your Huawei HG8245 in the Address Bar of your web browser. It looks like this:


Then press the Enter key on your keyboard. You should see a dialog box pop up asking your for your Huawei HG8245 username and password.

LAPTOP - TP0i

OPSYS - KxStudio

UBUNTUVERSION - 14.x

ROUTER - HG8245H

PROVIDER - Telekom

MOBILENET - Telenor HU

So, I actually know what is the problem, but I cannot do anything, since it is sunday. And there is only automated voice messagerie, ja.

A few year back a very very kind person supported me from telekom, at that time, and told me, that He HAS to set my router password, or the net is not accessible.

So, I changed now, because my sister remotely logged on, thus allowing a static IP adress. Man, crazy, I don't need that.

Anyway:

LED - LOS

LAN4 - not stable

I tried to enter from another machine from home

CPU - i5

CORE - 4

SDD - ssd

Dear friend!
You are advised not to enable the remote login function because it may cause network security risks.
If a LOS alarm is generated on the device, it indicates that the device cannot receive optical signals. In this case, check whether the optical fiber is damaged, or contact your ISP to check whether the OLT is normal.
If port LAN4 is unavailable, check whether the port is activated.
