To solve your problem, connect your device to your computer using a network cable and then do the following:


1. Open a browser. In the address box, enter 192.168.1.1. Press Enter.

2. Enter the login user name (user by default) and password (HuaweiUser by default). Click Login.


Your device belongs to Huawei carrier product series, If you still can't solve your problem, Please click the Carrier Technical Support Website to obtain the answer.
