I can't access the support portal of Huawei

Hi all,

Something strange here:

I'v tried to open saved links from bookmarks, for example:
https://support.huawei.com/enterprise/en/doc/EDOC1000069460/8e517379/checking-the-cabinet-or-rack

And got this:
An error occurred while processing your request.

Hi,

Error 504 is a server error meaning when you sent the request, server might have been busy or unavailable. This is rare here but sometimes it happens.
The easiest way to clear cookies and try again after some time.

I've tried in 3 different browsers and asked to check my colleagues, nothing changed.

Hi user I think I can open ur link as normal

  1. Check internet connection

  2. Check web broswer

  3. Restart machine

  4. Check with local Huawei

All is working fine right now. I don't know the reason what it was but you should know that status 504 is the error on the server side, not on the client.
