I can not add/del SIP userservice configuration from U1981 web-management

After upgraded U9181 to the latest version V200R003C50SPC700, I can not add/del SIP userservice configuration fromU1981 web-management, but it's OK to use CLI to configure.

Dear mumuy, you may have lost some data during the upgrade process. It is recommended that you re-upgrade the V200R003C50SPC700 version. You can upload it and upgrade it through LMT.
