Hi, how do you verify that the port is down?

Hi, dear!
You need to know that enabling virtual ports and port forwarding are two things.
Port forwarding is only responsible for receiving and forwarding traffic from external ports.

I verify it from portchecker.co and yougetsignal.com and what do you mean by virtual ports is my ipv4 port mapping not port forwarding is it something else?

Hi, my mean is the port number you have configured.
Can you try configuring one rule first? Then check whether the port is disabled. Select another port.

Hi, friend!
I just reconfirmed:
In the case of port forwarding, you can understand that the ONT is a service relay station. If the service fails to be accessed, the following situations may occur:
1. The service of the external port that you are forwarding is not enabled (the accessed service is not enabled).
2. Your firewall filters externally forwarded services.
Therefore, you need to check whether external services are enabled and whether the firewall filters external ports.
If multiple forwarding rules exist, the external ports must be different. Otherwise, service conflicts may occur.
