Hello, here is a case about how to handle the HyperMetro Service Interruption.
Symptom:
HyperMetro service is interrupted after power outage on one of the datacenters.
Technical Analysis:
1. On the “live” storage, the “Local Resource Host Access Status” was denied to access
2. Check the alarm/event, and find replication links and quorum links were disconnected within 1 minute, so we can make sure the storage stopped service because of “brain split”
Recovery Action:
Force to start all HyperMetro pairs
