HVPLS is an enhancement to VPLS. Compared with VP LS, HVPLS greatly reduces the number of PWs, which saves network resources. Which of the following statements about HVPLS are correct?

 

A.     The UPE and NPE can be connected through either VLL or VPLS,or VLL on one segment and VPLS on the other segment between the UPE and NPE.

 

B. UPEs are usually access devices in the MPLS domain and NPEs are usually devices on the convergence or core layer.

C. NPEs should be logically full meshed and a UPE is dual-homed to NPEs.

D. PWs are usually set up in Kompella mode between NPEs.

About this question, I would prefer the answer is D.
Option C describes NPEs should be logically full meshed and a UPE is dual-homed to NPEs, I would agree with the words before the word 'and', NPEs should establish a full mesh VPLS connection, but I don't agree that all UPEs should dual-home to NPEs.
