Huwai Modem Default Login Is Not Working After Upgrade of Dashboard its Not Opening

Hi,

I have a Huawei AuthVer 4 modem (New). default login was not working, so I tried to reset it. After reset it goes both lights blinking for hours and don't restart as expected.

While surfing for the solution, I had upgraded the dashboard version. Now deceive is not opening up the login page. It can be detected by DC-unlocker. Details are given below. Pls, help me to get this device working back.
