Huwaei Switch S1720-28GFR-4TP Firmware upgrade.

I have Huawei switch S1720-28GFR-4TP which is actually using firmware version V200R010C00SPC600B221. I want to upgrade its firmware. I have downloaded from site but upon upgradation it says not compatible. Please help me find right firmware file.

Hi,

The S1720-GF is not supported upgrading from V200R010 to V200R019C10 directly. You are supposed to upgrade it to V200R012C20 firstly, then V200R019C10. Kindly check the picture below:

Before we starting the error processing, you are recommended to erase the SN, we don't require that information for the error processing, and it might reveal your product information unintentionally.

Anyway, back to the error, where did you download the firmware? Please try https://support.huawei.com/enterprise/en/switches/s1700-pid-6635912/software

I have already tried to upgrade files mentioned on this page https://support.huawei.com/enterprise/en/switches/s1700-pid-6635912/software/251159629?idAbsPath=fixnode01|24030814|21782164|21782167|22318634|6635912 but nothing worked.

Hi,
