I fixed HuaweiIPC-6621-Z30-I for a client and when configuring tracking, it doesn’t work on the dvr anymore. So if you can kindly assist me. Thanks

Can u restart IPC? or just try before start configure again:


Step 1 Choose Settings > System Configuration > Device Maintenance. The Device Maintenance page is displayed

Step 2 Click Remote restart. The Restart page is displayed. 

Step 3 Click OK. The IPC automatically restarts.
