HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)

I have a mouse that i got with my laptop and it always randomly stops working. The battery is full and i even used a new one and it still randomly stops working. I have to take off the top of the mouse and take out the battery for it to start working again, but then 2 minutes later it stops again. Its so annoying because now i have to use the touchpad and its hard. Please tell me what i can do I will delete the post if it doesnt follow the rules or until someone helps .

I suggest you unplug the USB receiver and plug it back in.
Reinstall the driver.
