2 Product Function Overview
The web platform provides the following functions:
- Device management allows you to manage ACs and APs. The device management module also provides Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol (VRRP) hot standby, link hot standby, and link cold standby to improve network reliability.
- WLAN service functions include WLAN basic service configuration, WDS function, mesh function, and load balancing. WDS and mesh functions allow for flexible and fast WLAN network deployment, and a load balancing group evenly distributes traffic to APs to ensure high performance and bandwidth for each STA.
Rich IP services ensure transmission of enterprise service data. IP services include Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) server, DHCP relay, and route querying. These IP services facilitate user communication.
Comprehensive security mechanisms ensure security of the enterprise intranet. Security mechanisms include Authorization and Accounting (AAA), access control list (ACL), user group, WIDS, Portal authentication, 802.1x authentication, MAC authentication, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), public key infrastructure (PKI), and security protection. These mechanisms ensure user data security.
- Interface management allows you to manage VLANs, VLANIF interfaces, Ethernet interfaces, and logical interfaces, and collect statistics about traffic on interfaces
- Terminal management allows you to manage STAs, view STA basic information and roaming information, and configure STA blacklist and whitelist. You can add unauthorized STAs to the blacklist to improve network security.
- The system management function allows you to upgrade APs and ACs or load and unload patches on the platform. You can also manage files in the AC's storage device, logs, licenses, and users that log in to the AC.
