- The web platform supports different browsers. You can log in to the web platform using Firefox 4.0 or later versions, or Internet Explorer 7.0 or later versions. If any fault occurs during the login using Internet Explorer 8, try to log in using a later version.
NOTE:When using a higher version of IE explorer (for example, IE10), open the compatibility view of the IE explorer if the web page cannot be correctly displayed. Choose to open the compatibility view. - When you log in to the web platform using Internet Explorer, the security level cannot be set to High; otherwise, web pages cannot be displayed. When accessing the web platform using the web proxy, choose from the menu of Internet Explorer 8.0, and select Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections. Choose , click Custom level, and set Allow Scriptlets, Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins, and Active scripting to Enable; otherwise, web pages cannot be displayed. Internet Explorer 8.0 is used only as an example.
- Internet Explorer 8.0 and earlier versions may not support the cipher suite on the device, causing a login failure. You can run the ciphersuite command to modify the cipher suite supported by the SSL policy.
- When you log in to the web platform using Firefox 12.0, choose and select Enable , and choose and select Access cookies from sites and Access third-party cookies; otherwise, web pages cannot be displayed. Firefox 12.0 is used only as an example.
- After the device software version changes, for example, the software version is upgraded or rolled back, clear the browser cache before using the web platform. Otherwise, web pages may be incorrectly displayed.
- When you log in to the web platform using the IE browser, choose , click Delete, select Temporary Internet files and Cookie, and click Delete to clear the browser cache. Here, Internet Explorer 8.0 is used as an example.
- When you log in to the web platform using the Firefox browser, choose , click clear your recent history, select Cookie and Cache, and click Clear Now to clear the browser cache. Here, Firefox 12.0 is used as an example.
- The web platform does not support back, forward, and refresh buttons on the browser. If you click these buttons, the web platform may return to the login page.
