Huawei Viva 4G router won't hard reset

Good day to you, I have a Huawei 4G router model E5373. The thing is that when I try to log into the device's settings, it won't accept my credentials even though I'm sure they're right. Therefore, I tried to reset. I tried to press the reset button 15,20,30, and even 60+ seconds. The lights on the router keep flashing indefinitely and nothing Is happening. The router won't reset, the SSID is still the same with the same WiFi key. Am I missing something here?
