Huawei USG6000V integration over AWS and GCP cloud

Hello,



I am establishing an infrastructure over AWS and GCP for which I want to integrate the Huawei USG6000V over both platforms. When I look for Huawei at AWS market place, the message that appears is "This version has been removed and is no longer available to new customers" for 

USG6000V.



I need support regarding what can be done in order to integrate the Huawei FW VM over both clouds.

 

Is it possible if we create EC2 instances and then install the Huawei USG VM on our own? Will it work that way?

Hi,

Have you tried manually downloading the VM and uploading it?
You can download the image from: https://support.huawei.com/enterprise/en/security/usg6000v-pid-21431620/software

Please see below for integration with AWS and EC2,

Thanks for sharing the information. However, there is no image available on the provided link. I think we need to acquire it from the Huawei as we have to purchase the image from them.The installation guide is useful but it is not updated as it has defined the procedure of creating USG instance using AWS Marketplace.

I though you already have the bought the image as you need a valid contract to download image and patches. It needs at least customer level access to download the image:
