I would like to share this experience on to solve Under fuel level alarm , maybe someone needs it
we have issued under fuel level alarm a lot lately on Huawei Power Cube 1000 (Hybrid Solution )
( PC 1000 - ESC 720) & (PC 1000 - ICC 330 H1 C4), and I discovered that the cause of Under fuel level alarm was not entering the fuel tank capacity values correctly in configuration , Which leads to appear Under fuel level alarm although there is fuel in the tank, and everything is fine.
Causes of Under fuel level alarm
1-When the fuel in the tank is reduced by about a value in the configuration.
2-The fuel tank capacity parameters are not entered correctly in the configuration.
3- sensor failure.
4- communication problem between sensor and caninet.
to get active alarm select Home >> Active Alarm.
For the current information of your fuel tank select Monitoring >> Fuel Tank1 >> Running Information
In the following picture, it is clear from the large numbers that the tank capacity setting was entered incorrectly
Adjust tank capacity select Monitoring >> Fuel Tank1 >> Running Parameter
In the following picture, the length and width of the fuel tank has been entered in an exaggerated way,
Where the value is supposed to be entered Cuboid Fuel Length & Width & Height in meters.
The fuel tank capacity has been entered 10m X 10m and this is definitely wrong ,10m X 10m this capacity is suitable for a swimming pool not a fuel tank for telecommunication site.
It is common to use Cuboid 1mX1m capacity fuel tank for communication sites,
The fuel tank capacity settings are as follows
1- Fuel Tank Type = Cuboid
2- Cuboid Fuel Tank Length = 1m
3- Cuboid Fuel Tank Width = 1m
4- Tank height = 1m
if site has two fuel tanks 1mX1m
the fuel tank capacity settings are as follows
1- Fuel Tank Type = Cuboid
2- Cuboid Fuel Tank Length = 1m
4- Cuboid Fuel Tank Width = 2m
5- Tank height = 1m
