Huawei Thailand not honouring the Huawei Warranty Agreement

I want to make a formal complaint about Huawei Thailand and their staff. I recently purchased a ladies GT2 Smartwatch. My wife is having a lot of trouble because the GPS does not always engage. We have provided video proof that the watch appears to be faulty. But, the Service Department in Bangkok say there is no fault with the watch. When I asked how many times the watch would need to be proved to be faulty before they will replace the watch, a very indignant member of staff stated - "Never, if we find a fault we will repair, but never replace!" They also advised me on the second time the watch was sent to them that they could, if I wish, replace the mainboard in the watch which may or my not fix the fault (The fault they say it does not have). When I asked about the watch being waterproof after repair they said they could not guarantee waterproofing and if the watch got water inside the Warranty would be void. So, what is the point. Especially as it is advertised as being waterproof to 5ATM.

The Staff have prooved themselves to be quite arrogant and unhelpful. In fact, almost bordering on Rude!

I have been trying to obtain an e-mail address to forward my complaint to (I have written up a full account of what has happened). The watch is less than 2 months old (since purchased) and Huawei Service department have had it now for almost 2 weeks.

The Warranty seems to be totally useless, unless that is just within Thailand - I have read recently about the Warranty being improved to offer Replacements within the Warranty period - recently enhanced to include India.

I regret deeply having bought this product... but all I ask is for the company to supply me with a watch that fits the advertised specification. Nothing more, nothing less.

Thanks for that, but for Thailand there is no email addresses to use... only the helpline number.... have been down that route and got absolutely nowhere at all. Nobody seems to have the authority to make a decission Thanks anyway.
