Try to identify why the sound is being generated like that, It could be echo or something else.Do you have the same problem if you lower the sound settings?
have you performed any tests on the device?
Login to the TE30 web interface -> Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Local Audio Loopback ->StartAdjust the position of the whole stander in order to be at least 1 – 1,5 meter distance between the back of the TV set and the wall from behind and apply the exact following AUDIO settings on the web administrative interface of the TE30
