HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)

Hello,

We are using Huawei Switch and i want to limit a 10G port of a client to a 5G. So i  want to allow him only 5G communication.

The switch is connected to Huawei WDM, in order to limit the service for particular clients that do not want to purchase 10G.

Is it possible to limit the ports of a Huawei Switch in this case? What commands should we use?

Is this way of connecting the switch to WDM effective for this case of limitation?

If the client is to be connected on optical ports, is the limitation possible?

Thank you!

Dear friend!
This function can be implemented on WDM equipment.

You can configure the required services on the TEM28.

Step 1: Set the working mode of the TEM28 board. One internal port corresponds to one VCTRUNK. A total of five VCTRUNKs need to be set.

1

Step 2: Activate the physical port. The first four ports have 10 Gbit/s bandwidth.

2

Step 3: Create five ODU0 cross-connections. After the peer site is configured, trails can be searched out.

2

Step 4: Configure E-Line services.

4

Bind five VCTRUNKs at one port.

5

Perform the same configuration on the opposite station.

Thanks!
