Hello, I unplugged and plugged the fiber patch cords again and checked the xgigabitethernet interface state was in down down state and I checked the xgigbitethernet transceiver again Tx-Power was - 40 dbm and for fixxing it I did shutdown and undo shutdown xgigabitethernet after this again checked transceiver Tx-power has been -2.1 dbm and the connection became normal.

I mean when unplug and then plug the patch cord the interface state couldn't go to Up state and in this case when I issue display transceiver xgig verbose I see the Tx-Power - 40 dbm ,and in this situation when I issue shutdown and undo shutdown the Tx problem is solve.

Yes the STP is enabled and the port is configured in trunk mode and allowed some vlan in it. As I explained we have this problem only in HUAWEI S5720-28X-SI-24S-AC switches we have other Huawei switches like HUAWEI S5720-36X-SI-24S-AC and 9306 but we have not seen this problem in these switches |
