HUAWEI S5720-28X-SI-24S-AC Xgigabitethernet interface TX-Power -40 problem

Hi,

We have  HUAWEI S5720-28X-SI-24S-AC switch that Xgigabitethernet interfaces have the problem about             Tx-Power as following

suppose we connect xgigabitethernet of Huawei 5720 to the other Huawei NE40 10gigabitethernet interface, int first time the connection and link status is ok and in UP UP state ,but when we unplugg the fiber patch cord from the every spf+ side the link state goes to down down in both sides.In that situation when we issue this verfication command in Huawe S5720 side,display transceiver interface xgigabitethernet 0/0/1 verbose we see the         Tx-power is - 40 (dbm).So in taht case  we issue  shutdown and undo shutdown in taht interface and the problem is slove tile the unplugg and plug of patch cord or fiber cable disconnecton occurd and that problem apear again.So how can we fix this problem?

Hello,
Can you please check the interface status after you unplug and plug the fiber cable?
Usually, if you configure the BPDU protection on the S5720-28X-SI-24S-AC, when the edge port receives the BPDU from the NE40E, the interface will be set to a down state.

Hello,
I unplugged and plugged the fiber patch cords again and checked the xgigabitethernet interface state was in down down state and I checked the xgigbitethernet transceiver again Tx-Power was - 40 dbm and for fixxing it I did shutdown and undo shutdown xgigabitethernet after this again checked transceiver Tx-power has been -2.1 dbm and the connection became normal.

No, I mean the output of the command 'display interface', please refer to the example below.

I'm sorry, but you mean unplug the fiber cable and then the interface goes down? Is this normal?

I mean when unplug and then plug the patch cord the interface state couldn't go to Up state and in this case when I issue display transceiver xgig verbose I see the Tx-Power - 40 dbm ,and in this situation when I issue shutdown and undo shutdown the Tx problem is solve.

Is the STP enabled on the switch?

Yes the STP is enabled and the port is configured in trunk mode and allowed some vlan in it.
As I explained we have this problem only in HUAWEI S5720-28X-SI-24S-AC switches we have other Huawei switches like HUAWEI S5720-36X-SI-24S-AC and 9306 but we have not seen this problem in these switches

Are the current state and line protocol state both down, or Administratively DOWN / DOWN state?
