Hello! 
There are problems with Huawei (Quidway) S2326TP-EI 


I forgot my password on the main unit for water through the console. 


I want to enter the menu BootROM (by pressing CTRL + B), to reset the master password.
The default password for Bootrom menu "Huawei" or "www.huawei.com", but none of these passwords does not fit, and I can not go to BootRom menu. 


Is it possible to reset the password bootrom menu or any hard reset? 


And what can I do in this situation?

Hi,

 

I think for this product the password is  Admin@huawei.com

The default password for these products is always in the dopcumentation and may change with different version so you can always check on line for the version of OS that you are using.

 

Unfortunately if you have changed the boot rom password and lost it there is no recxovery mechanism, the device will have to be returned to Huawei to have the EEPROM reflashed.
