Today I would like to share , how make LB test To FE ports on RTN
LB Test :
With the loopback tester (LB), you can check the bidirectional communication between the MEP source and any MP in the same MA, LB test does not affect the services.
1- Function Tree >> Configuration >> Ethernet OAM Management >> Ethernet Port OAM .
2- Add Maintenance Association by click New >> New Maintenance Association
3- Add Maintenance Association Name, and add Relevent Service.
4- Add MEP point by click New >> New MEP Point.
5- Select Board, Port, set MP ID
Now we have Maintenance Association and MEP Point.
6- Create Maintenance Association and MEP Point on Opposite By following the same steps as before The only difference is MP ID 2 .
7- Select the Ethernet Board (EM4T) then select the Ethernet Interface where you can see the Ports Mac address.
8- Return to the local site from Function Tree >> Configuration >> Ethernet OAM Management >> Ethernet Port OAM Press OAM >> Start LB.
9- Type the MAC address of the destination maintenance point that we got from the site and then click Start test, you can see the result in the detection result (Send Num, Received Num, Loss Rate)
